Managed Plantation Investment · 450 Acres across Sakleshpur & Chikmagalur

A working plantation model shaped for people who want land, yield, and professional stewardship.

Amyra Farms transforms agricultural land into a dual-commodity revenue engine: premium black pepper and specialty Robusta coffee, grown together on one engineered acre in Sakleshpur's Western Ghats microclimate.

Modular by design.

PFPs — Pepper-Friendly Posts — ship as six precision-cast concrete segments plus a top and base cap. Manufactured off-site under workshop tolerances, flat-packed for transport, ready to stack.

Stacked on-site.

On the block, segments are lifted onto the base cap one at a time, aligned by the central conduit, and crowned with the top cap. A 2.5-metre standard, assembled by hand in a single morning.

Sealed into the soil.

The completed post is set into Sakleshpur's lateritic loam — stronger than a living tree, more disciplined than a wooden stake, engineered to stand for 50+ years — five times the block's tenure.

Pepper, planted.

A black pepper sapling is planted at the foot of every PFP. The exposed-aggregate texture gives its clinging aerial roots millions of micro-anchors to grip — a custom climbing surface engineered for the vine.

A living standard.

Within a season, the post disappears. Pepper vines climb the full 2.5 metres, draping the stone in fruiting green — a living standard that delivers ~3 kg dry pepper per plant at maturity.

Day 1

One bean, in the soil.

A single CxR Robusta seed, hand-placed in Sakleshpur's lateritic loam. The soil is already alive — vermicompost, Gir dung, and a microbial consortium have been working for months.

Week 4

Germination.

The taproot drives deep, fishing the laterite for iron and potassium. The hypocotyl turns upward and pushes toward the light.

Month 3

Cotyledons up.

Two seed-leaves break the surface and the first true leaves open. The root system fans wide and partners with the mycorrhizae we seeded.

Year 1

Young plant.

Branching begins under the Piyyani shade canopy. Monthly Brix readings start: the target is >12° so the plant deters pests without sprays.

Year 2

Established.

Full leaf canopy, deep anchored roots, the rhizosphere busy with our Trichoderma · Pseudomonas · VAM consortium. The block is regenerating.

Year 3 · pre-monsoon

Coffee-blossom snow.

White star-shaped flowers cover every branch overnight. Brief, fragrant, and irresistible to the pollinators we've kept the estate safe for.

Year 3 · monsoon

Green cherries.

Pollinated flowers swell into clusters of green cherries. Six slow months of sugar accumulation under the canopy follow.

Year 4 · harvest

First red harvest.

The branches arc with crimson cherries. CxR Robusta, shade-grown, pulped on-site, with the spent pulp returning straight back to the soil. Your acre's first commercial yield.

Where the land meets the sky.

Sakleshpur, Western Ghats

HillSong sits in the eastern reach of the Pushpagiri range, a UNESCO biodiversity hotspot on the Western Ghats — one of the wettest, most ecologically rich pockets of peninsular India. The terrain, rainfall, and altitude here create the textbook microclimate for shade-grown Robusta and high-piperine pepper.

Why Sakleshpur.

Altitude 1,052 m

The sweet-spot elevation where shade-grown Robusta develops density without losing yield.

Rainfall ~3,500 mm/yr

Among India's highest. Monsoon-fed soils stay alive year-round — no irrigation gymnastics.

Temperature 18 – 28 °C

Cool nights, mild days, no frost. The microclimate Robusta and pepper were waiting for.

Dual-Core System

Two crops. One acre. A calmer way to think about plantation ownership.

Pepper climbs through the canopy while coffee compounds below it, creating a layered agricultural asset designed for rhythm, resilience, and long-term stewardship.

01

Premium black pepper

Designed for the spice economy, with year-three dry pepper projections forming one side of the acre.

02

Specialty Robusta coffee

Shade, altitude, rain, and estate craft come together around a clean coffee output target.

03

Water, canopy, soil

The forested landscape is not just scenery. It is infrastructure for microclimate and protection.

04

Managed ownership

Amyra handles the complexity of plantation operations while investors participate in the revenue share.

Mature today. Compounding tomorrow.

HillSong combines the best of both worlds — mature 25-year-old plantation blocks delivering immediate yield, and freshly engineered Dual-Core blocks built for compounding 10-year returns. Investors choose the cohort that matches their horizon.
