Bio-Digital Regeneration — the Amyra protocol at HillSong
the Amyra protocol at HillSong
Every block at HillSong follows our four-pillar regenerative protocol — biological inputs, traditional knowledge, and modern agronomic intelligence delivered through Drishti Farm OS.
Scroll · the four pillars
Pillar One
Closed-Loop Nutrition
Nothing is exported from the estate that isn't returned. The coffee plant feeds its own soil — and we built the loop around it.
Coffee pulp returns 15 N + 3.7 P + 37 K to the soil via in-situ pit composting. Vermicompost and Gir cattle dung complete the cycle on rocky laterite terrain.

Pillar Two
Microbial Soil Protocol
A consortium of beneficial fungi and bacteria, built into the rhizosphere from day one.
Trichoderma · Pseudomonas · Beauveria · VAM mycorrhizae · PSB & KMB — sourced from specialist labs and delivered through targeted inoculation, not broadcast spraying.
Pillar Three
Brix Refractometry & Defense Priming
We grow plants strong enough that pests don't find them appealing in the first place — measured monthly, not assumed.
Leaf-sap sugar content is monitored monthly with a target of >12° Brix. Soluble silicon and sulphur drive the jasmonate-pathway defense, building plant armor — no synthetic pesticides required.

Pillar Four
Drishti Farm Intelligence
Soil meets software. Every block is mapped, verified, and surfaced as a daily WhatsApp brief in the farmer's language.
GPS-mapped to the block · GFW deforestation-verified · EUDR-compliant from Day 1 · daily agronomic briefs in Kannada, Hindi or English over WhatsApp.
Soil with a memory. Code with a conscience.
Bio-Digital Regeneration isn't a marketing line — it's the operating system behind every acre at HillSong. We'd love to walk you through it.
